PRICING: Sapsis Rigging makes every effort to provide the most current pricing possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of shipment.

RETURNS: Returns require a Sapsis Rigging authorization or they will not be accepted. Some items may be nonreturnable. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Defective items may be returned without penalty for replacement or refund.

FREIGHT: We ship by UPS ground whenever possible unless otherwise instructed. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be applied to the invoice. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any losses or damages to us and the carrier immediately .

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: Out-of-stock items will be backordered unless otherwise noted on the order.

PAYMENT TERMS: COD, check, money order, Visa or Mastercard accepted. Sapsis Rigging open accounts are subject to prior approval.  Open account terms are Net 30 from the invoice date. There is a 1-1/2% finance charge per month imposed on all accounts past due. Oh yeah - we also accept cash.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY: Sapsis Rigging, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from abuse or improper use of the equipment, failure to follow adequate safety precautions, or breach of the Duty of the Purchaser and User. Adequate training and judgment are needed to reduce risks inherent in the use of this equipment.

DUTY OF THE PURCHASER AND USER: It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the user of products supplied by Sapsis Rigging, Inc. to:

• Read the product instructions and labels and follow them. If you do not have a copy of the instructions request a copy from

• Inspect the product immediately upon receipt, and before and after each use.
• Receive training in the proper use of the equipment and in the appropriate techniques. Proper training includes safety procedures, limitations of the equipment, inspection of the equipment, and risk management. If you are not competent in the use of a product, do not use it.
• Determine if the product is suitable for its intended use, and that it meets all applicable standards and regulations.
• Use good judgment and do not exceed the limitations of the user's skills or the equipment's capabilities.
• Use adequate safety precautions and back-up systems. Practice risk management at all times.
• Do not alter the product in any way. Repairs must be done according to manufacturer's instructions, or return equipment to the manufacturer for repairs.
• If the purchaser of this product is not the end-user, provide the user with copies of both this notice and the product instructions. If additional copies of this information are needed, they can be obtained from:
