Shipping and Return Policy

We charge customers actual shipping charges, which may differ from what the store calculator shows at checkout. The good news is that charges are usually less than shown. You will be given confirmation of actual charges before your order is complete.

We make every effort to ship your items withing 3 days of processing your order and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive. However, supply chain issues have made shipping some items in a timely way, much more difficult. If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know with your order or by calling 800-727-7471 or by emailing sales@sapsis-rigging.com

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Defective items may be returned without penalty for replacement or refund.
